Join Sarah, lead midwife at Embrace Midwifery, as she presents childbirth education classes. This new prenatal offering highlights what to expect as labor begins, as labor progresses, birth and postpartum. Join Sarah to learn how to labor with confidence!
Childbirth Education Class
Join Sarah for two full days of comprehensive learning about the physiology of labor, labor hormones, pain gate theory, comfort measures, using the birth suites to go through labor and birth and the postpartum period. Bring a lunch or enjoy local offerings during our one hour lunch break.
